Crap presents

Perants bought be a DVD-RW drive they went to Pc world being not overly computer-minded and asked for help on what to get, they said they wanted a dvd drive and some disks, so the Pc world people decided to give them 30 CD-RW's.

Cd-RW's with a DVD-RW drive??? rodney you plonker!

I also got a decent phone, so I can finally put away the brick I'm using atm, seriously, I have to hide that phone- I used it at college once and everyone fell about laughing

my perants are seperated, so I might still have a few to come from my dad if/when he visits, he's the one who got me into computing all those years ago, so he's usually a little more dependable!

I'm usually happy with whatever I get though tbh - I enjoy the day more than the presents, just everyone determined to have fun and all that.

I think you extremists going OTT about people not liking thier presents should chill a bit though, although that can be said for most people on FH these days, just chill people! it is christmas after all!

People have the right to hate xmas, with a passion of christ, if they so choose to do.

Maybe all don't have fuzzy loving family relations, maybe someone on these boards DOES have it worse as you say, maybe...just maybe...some people have been f*cked up ze arse so many times on this season that the meaning is quite lost.

In no way, spirit of xmas included, have you the right to piss on other peoples "misery".

ummm anyone else fancy a FH xmas next year and think maybe we should arrange a wee get together or something?

tbh im a wee bit sick of people who can't keep a civil tounge in their head for a couple of days and have to be a drama queen so thinking about how to spend next year and well, if anyone fancies it thought maybe just sod off and book in to a hotel for the couple of days when its christmas that way can do what you like.
