somehow I don't fancy your chances G - with thread like the Desktop and Babe threads doing so well (nearly 4K on desktop now) I think your only option is to turn off all your browser images ;)

I can't be arsed reading all those logs, but am I right in assuming that Mank, Nibbler and maybe some others have been banned from here, for something said in irc?

Neither actually said owt bad on the forums.

I said shitbiscuits yesterday because I caught my little toe on the door, I'm expecting a ban from here soon.

IRC is separate from here. From what I saw Mank even had a smiley after his comment.
I agree that the forums need to be modded but in the world of irc things are different.

I set up an EZforum a couple of years ago. It really is shit, I did it one afternoon when I was bored. To be honest I can't even remember my own Admin Login. I've just checked and the thing is still there. Feel free to use it, I will meanwhile try and find out what my login is so I can make it more useable. YuckForum

Right now there is nothing in any of the posts that would upset anyone, so I'm not linking to porn or anything else norty. I was waiting for my BW Forum, as promised when subbing :(




edit/ I just tested what I thought was my login and it isn't. So I have no control over that board and I was the only admin :)

Agreed it sucks but it wasn't that colour when I did it. Non of the links are there anymore. I'm simply offering an area for further discussion (that has no mods). Use it or not, I couldn't care less tbh :)

It did link to backgrounds etc that I held on my webspace at the time. iirc the background was a typical CS mid/dark gray.
If peeps want something like this I'll setup another where I know the admin logon and use better colours, if I can be arsed.

Okey Dokey, I'm not really awake yet.
Mrs Yuck has been working this morning, so when she gets home I need to "see her right" :) I'll start the process now, and probs finish sometime this afternoon.

Suggestions for forums please, there will be a "general" of course.



edit/ OK its up, not sorted yet but theres a forum here.
I'll do the colours and get some sensible forums organised later.

Quite. The "hahah, you haven't paid you're teh shitzor!" approach really doesn't come into being here. The forums are free, as a Game/BW choice. Until that changes, whether someone pays or not has very little relevance to any arguement here.

Hey, I missed both World Wars, quite a few revolutions and several coups.

Give or take Vietnam and Korea, but I managed to catch the Falklands and Gulf.

Now tell me this.

Why does BW suddenly feel instead of a 'forum' more like a bloody warzone ://////////////////////////////////////////////

Yuck dont get me wrong . Its just I thought it hilarious (ie in the ridiculous) that they would bann someone for saying that. I totally agree with you. To far imo.
