I got a lvl 40 on CoV ... while it is a cool game to start out with the pvp is just fukin stupidly insane... the trouble is ur super movement (flying jumping or speed) just makes pvp crazy to the point where u dont know what the fuck is going on

For leveling ease play a mastermind (however they suck in pvp as u always lose ur pets and get popped by a brute or stealter). Dominators are great fun to play in both pvp and pve

I guess i just found it a tad repetitive (all the instances apart from the high level ones are practically the same thing over and over again) and the end game not that good.

Firsta day, went in to "check things out" with my bro's account.

Made a tiny robot named Oldschool *laughs* Well it looked like an oldschool manga robot.

Well, they had this "find the real guy" competition, that i went for, found the guy and made 2 million. *dances*

lol, masterminds are one of the better pvp chars there is. atleast if u have mercenaries the flashbangs and the webs helps slow ppl down hehe. couple that with me jumping around like a rabbit on speed and the enemies either run or die as all i do is heal whatever pet they try to kill xD

Got chars on US City of Heroes and City of Villains, both very good games to play with a bunch of mates, nothing beats flying around high high high above the ground!

But, as has been said, they can get very samey after a while, although new types of mission have been introduced lately.
I love them both but can only play them for four or five months without needing to take a break and try something else.

The PvP is also a great deal of fun, absolutely nothing like DAoC, if you don't like zergs and free for alls, you probably won't like CoH/CoV PvP much as it's pretty much free game the minute you enter a special PvP zone.

I had quite alot of fun with my trial! i made a corrupter i think but im not sure, its great fun when you have a group to be with, but solo ing is painfully slow!

Brute

got a lvl 50 defender (healer) on the heroes side and a 38ish ninja mastermind on villains, cant fault it
does get a bit samey after a while, but its quite good fun if a little simple

Probably, but you've got about six different issues (their words for patches/huge content additions) to download

In the US that is, cos there are EU servers as well.
