Well, I've spent most of a year at uni living off stir fry. Fantastic stuff.

I went and poked around in China Town a few weeks back and found various stir fry pastes that are fantastic. There's a spicey Satay one that'is the bollocks.

Erm, the nicest thing I did recently was stir fry (I think it was pork, mushrooms, red pepper, mini sweetcorn and beansrpouts in yellowbean sauce, a teaspoon of chilli paste, garlic and ginger and a little bit of fish sauce), wrapped in pancakes with a few noodles. T'was great.
