converting US install to EU

since my broadband is on a limit and 2.5gb is 25% of my total, id like to know if its possible to change my US install of wow which i used for US FB to the EU FB, i have been told its possible, but cant seem to find the post using search that explains the converting
all help would be highly appreciated :d

the european uses a totally different client now from US FB, so you'll have to download it anyway

(everyone did, even closed beta testers if i remember right )
