or go to malmo and chain kill Drakulves it seems

 

[Norvindus]

Don't kill drakulvs except those that jump you just go to the first camp that is inside to the north west and dig in the area a couple of times and you'll get 3 chunks of the netheril ore.

You don't need to be inside the middle of the camp the outskirts is close enough.
