it's catastrophic, im getting smaller with each day, i ate sweetcorn for dinner last night.... wont be doing that again it was like trying to pass water melons this morning, mickey rooney took my wallet this afternoon and was holding it up just out of my reach everytime i jumped to try and get it back, i feel so insignificant!

This is getting rediculous now I'm having to type by walking across the keyboard and jumping on each key in turn, though on the plus side i found an old pencil case with a small electric piano on the lid and managed to successfully emulate that scene from "big" where he plays chop sticks. I was attempting to eat my lunch just now and i got mugged by a ferocious cockroach, i believe it was of the mexican persuasion because it called me a gringo before it knocked me over with its antennae and smelt of tequila, I would have called the police but some bastard put my cell phone on top of the telly last night

You asked about circuit training some time ago. That's health related and you should really talk to it with a trainer otherwise you could injure yourself.

please understand its not supposed to be harsh. i just feel that when it relates to potential health problems (like stunted bone growth) fh shouldnt be relyed upon (if infact you were relying upon it)
