possibly. the buns are made from sugar instead of flour so they can be kept in storage for longer and the sauce probably has sugar in also.

I think the key to any of this is moderation - its OK to drink coke or diet coke (coke zero / pepsi max or whatever) as long as you don't guzzle it by the gallon. Sure sugar isn't good for you, and aspartame ain't great either, but the worst thing is the phosphoric acid which really rots your teeth, and you get that in all soft drinks.

Having said that, the citric acid you get in orange juice etc can be as bad for your teeth as coke, and unless you drink freshly squeezed orange juice, or even better squeeze it yourself, there ain't much difference between the bad stuff in coke, or the bad stuff in juice.

What annoys me is the Coke Zero advert and every other one Fanta, Lilt, Tango. Less sugar same great taste adverts, they are talking shit. I am sick of having to find something new to drink because they have removed so many things from the original drinks and replaced it with artifical bollocks.

Whoever tastes the new products and compares them should be speared through their sexy bits.

I wish people would change things, if there's big enough demand for it, but also keep the original choices around.

Stopping me from ordering supersize fries is to protect fat people from supposedly over indulging its false. Stopping me from smelling like an ashtray everywhere i went is not a bad thing.

ive probably said this before but the kfc and mcdonalds/burgerking salads re worse for you than the burgers rofl good innit you try and be healthy dont go to a fast food joint, thats for when your feeling naughty!


i drin diet caffee(too many e's or f's?)n free coke because i dont even drink a can a week its more like one a month maybe and i usually like a soda when im watching a movie if i drink anything with caffee(??)n in it after lunch time im zinging about worse than usual and dont sleep also i wee fifty eight times during the night

not sure how tbh. a mc donalds salad is made from crispy mixed lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes. all the unhealthy bits are added by choice from who ever is eating it.

In EVERYTHING, you should look at both sides and take a course of action that leaves the other people with the choice of not changing their life.

There were non-smoking pubs before, now there are NO smoking allowed pubs, only a handful with a "smoking area".

That's not giving a choice, just like, removing "supersizing" is a no choice for those who know how to eat.

They removed supersizing to protect fat people, they removed smoking to protect non-smokers(mostly from smell it seems). Both things harmed other peoples freedom.

Being the naturally healthy person I am (yeah, right) I decided to try out Diet Coke instead of Coke as obv. no sugar etc.

However, upon checking the label, I notice the sugar has simply been replaced by sweeteners & that the fkin fizz on the diet coke is even worse!! than original coke.

Thus, can someone clarify for me just how much less sugary diet coke actualyl is! ^^

Because they tasted nice, of couse you try different ones because of how they look; but I've allways gone back to frosties.


TBFH. I drank(no longer) Diet Coke, so did 95% of all the people in my class... Never found it a woman drink, just preffered the taste.
