tbh im a coffee person.. gives a good kick 4 waking up in the mornings also, supposedly i read in the paper few days ago ppl who drink tea have more self control than those who drink coffee. i say roll on the coffee..

both. Coffee in the morning - 2 to 3 cups of the stuff. REAL coffee mind you, the good ol' columbian bean... not that instant stuff that the Brits like to drink.

Tea past lunchtime... probably another 2-3 cups of the stuff. Earl or Lady Grey is my preference.

How I can still manage to sleep the night through after all that caffeine is beyond me
