trying to wean myself away from my coffee/caffiene addiction this week at workies. decided that 20~30 cups a day weren't good for me anymore heh, so I'll be substituting with tea, water and fruitjuice.
I expect that my slav...err staff will be suffering slightly more than usuall as I go through cold turkey shutdown heehee

Seriously though, too much caffeine is not good. Some years ago I was drinking a gallon of strong tea a day and started getting palpitations!

I can't take caffeine any more for some reason. Nowadays if I have more than about 4 I go spaced out. Then I get chest pains. Then I just get angry with everything.

Actually I'm on doctors orders to drink loads of water cos all I normally drink is coffee and lager so I'm completely dehydrated. It makes my lymph gland swell up like a golf ball and I can't swallow

btw, I sinned and had a cappac...cappechi....a coffee with foamed milk and chocolate sprinkels
I felt a bit sacrilegious putting *shudders* milk and even sugar in the luverly dark liquid but it did taste coffee-ish

As for workies I'm an IT god I'm doing SUN [a unix flavor] for a large corp. I just started actually, after nearly four years doing Novell stuff for the same corp. Before that I was a photographer
