OK ok I know its only *counts off months on fingers* august...I think... though someone at work thought it was march yesterday lol, anyway Chuck xmas special on virgin one last night did an awesome die hard tribute(ish) episode, it will be repeated either this coming friday or the friday after I forget which order they do it in but I really recommend it if you are a die hard fan.

Had me howling from the sofa and throwing more quotes about than a pensioner lobbing double gussetted support incontinance panties at a tom jones concert.

Next weeks episode is in 3D btw, so I need to ask, I got some 3D glasses when I went to watch ice age 3....are all 3D glasses the same specification i.e. will they work or do I have to subscribe to a pigging magazine to get the 'special' chuck glasses?

It works a little with 3d Glasses but on my tv at least it still did not really look 3d just had a yellow glow to it.

Yes those glasses will be fine, Ez. The americans dished out loads to tie in with the 3D superbowl advert this year. That is why Chuck did an episode!

Chuck 3D!! was on last night and the glasses actually worked!! lol there were several oohings and aaahings from B2 and myself while watching...sadly neither chuck or john casey lept out of the telly and smooched me but meh i'll survive!

3D has certainly got better since the days of jaws 3d!!! it is all rather exciting to think where it will head next.

Do you know how much that ruined the series for me the show works so well because chuck is a tool if he is all of a sudden uber i think the show will suffer. Plus it will just push Chuck and Sarah apart again i wish they would just fuck and get over it

I thought it was excellent, it means (imo anyway) that the story lines can go a whole different direction, its awesome that awesome is in on it and the whole thing with the buymore is...no more; yes it could all go horribly wrong from here on in but tbh another series of Jane...I mean Casey and Sarah saving chuck while he is his usual loveable but useless self wouldn't really work.

They have the perfect opportunity here to boldly go where no Chuck has gone before...lets hope they don't screw it up or I will kung fu them!!!

yeah tbh season one was better this is why I am excited about a change in direction...while season 2 was enjoyable it didn't have as many LOL moments (though the afore mentioned xmas episode was sodding ace) because most of the gags had already been explored in season one.

There's only so much fun you can have at the expense of a nerd before it becomes dull and repettitive and I for one really didn't want to see Chuck becoming a whinging heart sick albatross (which I fear is what was on the cusp of occuring in season 2)


however...did anyone else think he looked a bit like Mr Bean while kung fuing? lol those legs he's got are stupidly long hehe
