Yep thats why the WWE had to bring in the Wellness policy which has seen Randy Orton Masters RVD and a few more given 60 day bans ect. The testing is obviously selective.

I think this thread shows how much of an impact the cult of celebrity has on some people.

Azurus, for a simpleton like yourself I guess the bitterness of not being a celebrity really does hit a nerve.

not really, he's just an actor...
From what i read so far, he hasnt done anything particularly spectacular other than be a wrestler. His charity work is nothing extrodinary so i fail to see why you hold him in so such high esteem

If he killed his family, he is a worthless excuse for a human regardless of what he did prior (which from what i read, was not an awful lot), and from reports (ableit scarce) there doesnt seem to be a justifiable reason to have done it

The thing about celebrities, especially those who have been around for all parts of a persons life, is a huge one ofcourse. To some less, to some more. It's like a family member, with the benefits of not having to be part of the "forced" family stuff.

If you're a fan of someones work, whoever it may be, and you are told that from this moment on, that this person will never do anything ever again, the impact would be a big one.

I bet each and every member on this forum has some celebrity they look up to, a writer they admire, a moviemaker they aspire to be or just a singer who has influenced their life. And i bet that each and every one of them would feel some form of sadnes of feeling of loss when they hear of their passing. And i also can for some certainty say that those persons would defend that idol of theirs, much like people here.

I understand that and don't dispute it at all,
I was simply putting forward my point which is, regardless of what any person has done prior, if you kill in cold blood (with no justifiable reason), then you are no better than any other murderer in prison.

Charity work has nothing to do with how he should be perceived. t

The whole thing will be easier to understand once we have a reason for him to commit such an act, I fear we will never learn the truth.

I didn't 'squirt my load' when I killed Gamah. With around 28.5k kills overall on Thidranki characters killing a random is nothing out of the ordinary for someone of my calibre.

And so is it acceptable if I ask why you are on a forum all day discussing matters which neither affect your life nor any one else's that you know? I have achieved something, achieving something in Thidranki is no different from achieving some in real life. I would explain this in detail but frankly I haven't the energy nor can I be bothered to overload you with complicated terms, perhaps this post will suffice.

I am in no mood to argue with you. I no longer start arguements but if they come my way I feel obliged to defend myself. Especially against such vile critisism that you miraculously manage to throw at me time and time again.

You no longer start arguments, sorry, but why do you come on here with a holier than thou attitude?

As for dicussing Chris Benoit, when you have watched him for the past 10 years and he represented everything that a young boy needs(clean cut, overcoming the odds despite being told he was too small etc)

And whats with the bullshit attitude all of a sudden? You think because you can use a thesarus Im supposed to bow down and accept you as the King? Maybe thats where you and I differ, I know and understand long winded words but why bother using them when shorter words will do?

As for the all day long comment, I hardly call it "all day long" when I flick between coursework to the internet.

Aye, and my point whole time has been that is so odd and unconcievable that he would've done this, in such a manner, that the doubt in my mind is just greater then just accepting that someone turned from such a great man into a cold blooded, REALLY cold blooded murderer in such a short time.

The sad part is that:

I fear we will never learn the truth.

this might be true. It might forever be a case of "did someone kill his family, did he just snap, or was he just a cold blooded killer."

It's really sad that the whole family has died etc.. but it isn't really that much of a big thing. What does it matter why he killed them, at the end of the day the matter remains he still did it.
