Cheating on [ITA]Deira

In these days we're suffering a lot of explicit cheating cases, in particoular about gear and radar 'cause we haven't an official staff who can support our appeals.

I'd like to know if in January our new staff will be able to ban those players who actually use cheats during this December if we catch up some videos to demostrate it.

Far as I know any cheating/exploiting etc even on the Italian servers can be reported via Rightnow - only use english/german/french as I don't think they have any Italian speaking staff atm.

To answer your question Shin78: Yes if you make screenshots and movies of the people cheating the Italian team can and will investigate and if found guilty suspend or ban people for cheating.

Just because there is no staff at the moment doesn't mean there is no server side logging. And cheating will not be tolerated.

It seems you guys dont yet have E&E (eyes and ears) which is the volunteer system for the servers to assist GOA. Most of us on here have it in our sigs (see below), but as we cant access your servers, theres little we can do other than point you towards Rightnow.

Do you guys have access to Rightnow yet? If so, thats where to post problems directly to GOA. These forums are not official GOA ones, so you may not get an official reply.

However, the GOA reps do have accounts on here and may offer help.

As for the cheats, I expect that even now, GOA are putting into place the cheat decectors used on the main servers and in the US, where they have banned a lot of people.

So, is there an alternative way (i.e a simple email or Ftp to upload screens&movies) to contact the staff in order to ban NOW these bad guys?

The number of event or cheaters is raising up day after day....because we have not a staff yet...so these people think to ruin the game sure that none will take an action against them....laughing at our complainings.

Actually a lot of archers are exploiting using the "arrows bug" (arrows can trespass walls, killing the target if a particoular action has been done) because the 1.60 patch. This bug has been fixed after this version, but 2 years of exploit are very heavy to sustain here in our server....

Btw...I renew my ask:

Is it possible to contact the staff givin'them clear trials in order to ban NOW (not only when we'll have a dedicated staff) cheaters?
If yes, in which way? Please, don't let the cheaters win in a no rules - no land server (Actually we have all the 6 relics neutral because of a malfunction of the server)

the arrow release thing is just a bug unfortunately rather than an exploit same way zerkers doing double style damage in your patch...

But as long as the honest players make sure they make note of the cheaters and give their names to the Italian team that will start the beginning of next year ... they will get punished.

I really liked the one a while back from a Bonedancer on a US server who posted a movie of himself pwning multiple Albs...and ended up losing his account as it showed more than he had intended.

Oh...ok, I thought it was possible to make an intervent before the official Ita staff...so the only thing to do is waiting for them and shout bad words to the cheaters when they kill honest players.
