joap: do you check the stats regularly? Have you checked it say a month ago, and seen the changes you expect in population in late may early june?
No. The thing is: you see one year worth of data now. So you can only compare the data representing this year and the year before if you check the thing on regular basis.
The long trend that is here for years have 2 big drops in a year, now we don't have a summer drop
And it also means, that GOA can use some extra time to prepare for further changes to get more people back
