And if you got the weapon by doing the df instance step, then got cl 5 without doing the rest of the quests, I think you have to turn in your weapon, then get a new one for all uses to be unlocked. You only have to make sure your weapon is fully repaired before you turn it in.

ye i just tryed that.. but he wont accept my weapon

i have done all the quests up to the cl5 quest. and i have dinged cl5 but when i try to give my staff to the weaponmaster he says that he dosnt want the item.

Even if its 100% con still you need to repair it then hand it back, im sure he will accept it then.

it was at 90% and i repaired it... he wontnt take it... should i try and repair it agian ?

And you did of course actually talk to him first, before trying to give him the weapon?

yes he says sometihng like "I can change your type of championweapon if you give it to me"

okay finally got it. was because i havnt done the quest with the horse armor from the king.
