Cast Speed

pretty sure the cast speed cap for my menta's 2.8sec delve DD is around 385dex + 10% cast speed(ToA bonuses) which caps the speed at 1.1sec iirc.

omg...sue me for linking to an old post so ppl bump it! Ive tested it on my eld...and I DO cast faster with 400dex than 380'ish...So Im still going with the 403dex 10%

As I said in the other thread, where I linked to this post, untill someone proves Pin wrong...403 is what'cha need

And Litmus its 1.12 for 2.8 spells, 40% etc
