case question

I have a query:

thing is, I also have this baby.

I'm worried that the 95mm height of the heatsink (plus socket, cpu, mobo and pegs, so call it 110mm) will mess with the heatsink's ability to cool the cpu. or that it will even fit. someone say something smart about it please! the case claims 170mm height, but I imagine that is including it's ickle feet etc. o0
