I have sorted it i think, finally...
It looks like it WAS the Nvidia IDE Drivers which was causing the problems...
I went into Device Manager, and removed the IDE Driver (which showed as Nvidia), restarted the computer, then Windows automatically added the Microsoft standard drivers, ive tried 2 games which usually made the problems kick in - and both have been successful.
Not had a BSoD in about 4hrs now, its all good!
