and for your information i do have a 50 necro well it was a friends account but she dosnt play anymore so its technically mine unless she comes back

all you need to be for a good mod is

listen to suggestions made by members
always look at both sides of a problem
if your gonna ban someone then make sure your certain they deserve it.

the mod in my eyes needs to be understanding but have an idea about pvp. we dont have huge dragon raids/ml's Threads due to ppl coming and killing you. we dont have an off topic section.

as FH is used more like a chatroom the posts go off topic quickly. usually this happens after the problem/query has been resolved.

once a question is answered who cares how much spam fills the thread. if ppl say FOAD or annoy all the members through their posts then it can be dealt with.

Thats not a bad idea, but Jupitus made it clear earlier that he would not participate in this.

If thats true then this whole thing is going to be a waste of time because if we find a mod who evryone agrees on he will probally just shut it down anyway :/

Why would he? And even if he did, he would have to give us a good reason. Aslong as we play on the same rules that he/the other Admins agree on, i dont see why this vote would be a problem.
