Hi, i don't know if anyone else out there has been having the same problem as me, but ive been trying to resubscribe to daoc but everytime i put in my card details its coming up with there is a technical problem with the website and to check in a few hours time. Its been coming up with this crap the past 4 days and im pissed off because this was the only real time i had to try ding 50 on my champ before im back at work :<

If anyone knows a contact number or that where i can phone these arses up and pay over the phone etc it would be much welcomed.

i have been having trouble getting in to certain parts of the site but i think they have fixed the problem now. something to do with the page refreshing too quickly or something

Do these assholes ever fix anything? 4 days and it still inst bloody working ffs!

They trully are crap, it was bad on UO etc when it came to this shit but these wankers are 10x as bad.

At this rate ill not be able to go back on in ages!

snoz it happens to me when i try to pay from my laptop.. crashes the excact same place and then it says try again in some hrs.

the payment system is about as usefull as a 2h spec'ed pally

im quite sure if u spend 5mins looking thru other peples posts on the forum you would find the same problems over and over :/

Whismerill i got a job asshole! On my time off i like to play daoc, which i havent been bloody able to do so far, should it take them more than 4 days to fix something like this? I don't think so. If anything u pay for on a regular basis is not working for 4 days, lets say ya TV etc u would be pissed right? well im same with this.

I work in customer services and i have people phone up pissed when there Sky TV is off for a few hours, then i fix it for them and i take alot of shit. These assholes have took a hell of a long time and ive not been able to enjoy playing daoc and talking to my pals on it, so they can take shit from me!

i'm having a problem with my sky remote control... over time certain button started to stop working... now none of the buttons work... i've put new batteries in but this hasn't helped.... any ideas?

Phone me up at work tomorrow and ill fix it hehe, looks like ya need ya remote reprogrammed, i got the list of every TV code, so best phone sky and im sure have it sorted for ya in a few mins.

but if u had the remote for under a year then your guarantee covers it so ill just replace remote for ya.

To return to the original thread topic (why do so many arses liek generic poster see fit to slag peoepl off on boards etc and bring the level of the conversatations down to kiddie level? ah well)

Yes I do have a problem with the Payment server atm. It will not let me process a transaction. Over and over I get the same message; There is a technical problem with our payment server, please try again in a few hours.
