hmm.. i need to use my RA specc points, i was thinking about mastery of concentration and later mcl, any good?

my first caster char remember so I'm probably not making the best decisions

Easy to hit gimps for lots, but it doesn't much matter because they're gimps so they tend to die easy anyway...

dont bother with Mastery of Concentration...

look for Wild Power - DD and DOT Crit RA
Mastery of Magery - Increase Base spell Damage by given %
MCL 1 is a bit poo 25% power every 3mins for 5pts is a rip off
