So face it; cabalists reach 34 modified body very easily.. there is no reason to go 28 instead of 25.

Trispec not only gives you a worse debuff, its way less damage also due to the fact you need to spec Mastery of Focus 3 to have reliable damage. Which means you give up 10 RA points which could be put into higher passive RAs.
