BW Dialup gives a better/faster connection? Bullshit...

I'm on Freeserve Unlimited (£10 month for 24/7) and i always get a better ping with this connection than i do if i use BW dialup, no matter what server i'm on (BW server or otherwise).
The same also aplies for Wireplay. I get an even worse ping from wireplay, even when i play on their servers connecting via their client software.
I have tested this many times this week and a freind of mine is also reporting the same.

Whats going on? Has anyone else found this?

No. BW gives me by far the best pings on their servers then anyone else. 20 pings on their dialup to their servers (quake 2) - solid PL free connection : Great my end, and similar stories elsewhere : sure its not a problem you end? Best bet imo : do a traceroute and email it to utumno@barrysworld.com : If you don't know how : open a dos command prompt window, from barrysworld dialup, do the following
tracert 194.88.93.13
Copy the results and send in an email explaining your problem to Utumno (the cheif network type bloke) - He will be happy to try and sort your problem.

i used to use the BW dialup, gave me a great connection... shame i cant afford to use anything but free numbers now :/

BW dial up Q2 35 ~ 40 pings
BW dial up Q3 25 ~ 35 pings
Clara Q2 and Q3 50~60 pings
BT 100 +
As i get 20 hours of internet time with the HH package might as well use them on BW for online games when the pings are this good
