Well that all depends on how wide of a general scale you want to use, if we include the whole world, it's impossible. But if we use the "general crew around here in bars" scale, it's rather clear on who's hot and who's not

No, i'm talking about a general scale of hottness/beauty. As in, "is she hot? What number?" which is, in my opinion, a bloody well known and used concept.

"She's a 8...9...7...10..." etc.

And when that scale hits under 7, it's common and very general knowledge that it's an "ok" woman but nothing special. Under 5-4, common and again, general knowledge that the b*tch be ugly yet f*ckable in despair. At the 1-2 mark, common knowledge and census, general knowledge again, that DAAAAAAMN.
