Sounds to me like Hobbish was doing what any of you would have done. He's found a bug and didn't realise at first. He thought he'd become really good or something... Or that maybe his enemies were having a bad day. After killing a few people for a while and enjoying the new found glory of what ever you wish to call the 2-shotting... He decided things weren't right and reported it to GOA and stopped. I'd like the bug to be sorted out but I do not wish for Hobbish to be banned... He's done nothing wrong and I can say for a fact he's done more then some of you hypocritical twats about going and fixing the problem.

well all I can say is that I started this thread asking a simple question....If you actually read the post I explained what happened and asked if anyone had seen it before!

All I have done is report it to GOA and mention it on here, if he knew what he was doing or didn't realise....only he knows!! All I asked GOA to do is investigate the issue to see if it is a bug or an exploit/hack. If they decide to ban him they will do only if they are sure he has cheated, if not he has nothing to worry about imo.

I did not start this thread to cause Hobbes any problems just to point out this was happening.

Why bother comparing this to the Necro exploits when they are totally different, and as for calling me/us hypocritcal twats.....no need to comment on that really not worth it!!

As I said GOA are aware of this and they will know what time he submitted this to them compared to when I did and how many kills he got inbetween. Hobbes....if you are innocent you have nothing to worry about, guys please don't make this personal, I did not start this thread as an attack on Hobbes and I think he should be given the benefit of the doubt before people start accusing him.

Suuure, my realm cant use a bow dropped in it's own epic dungeon..

It is a solution, but i can't understand why they haven't answered me yet.

Now i just need a new SCed MP bow...

EDIT: I cant 2hit with other bows.

Umm, the people who "got owned" were owned due to a bug, and now you are saying they should deal with it? Wrong choice of words. Sorry, Sherlock, while flaming him may be the wrong way and the ranger in question may be a nice person, this is a bug and it needs to be sorted by GOA.

It could be that they haven't stumbled across your RN report yet. The matter was forwarded to the Ear & Eye forum by another volunteer, which is usually processed faster than any RightNow report.

The unusable bow is probably a temporary solution until Mythic makes an official fix for the problem. I haven't talked to anyone about the details of the matter, but I'll try and get some more info tomorrow.
