Cor, I loved season 6, dark and nasty stuff, bringing it all back closer to home, very painful, fantastic :)

I see that Joss may well be bringing the series full circle and some minute detail from the first Season will come to light and be the pivotal moment for this seaon. That's my idea anyway.

Oh, and the school looks great. Back to where it all began is always a good plotline.

Poo-poo indeed Dams.

Buffy (and Angel and Firefly the other Joss Whedon series) makes for some of the most riveting, well written, expertly acted, comedic, dramatic and heart-wrenching television currently available.

The people who denigrate it are invariably the people that haven't the means to justify their criticism - IE they've not watched much, if anything of the series.

While I didn't enjoy the domesticity of Season 6 as much as previous seasons, I still love the series and watch it without fail.

The series features some of the best "young" acting talent on TV right now: Alyson Hannigan, Nicholas Brendon being two in particular who can portray their characters truthfully.

I have never seen you spout so much utter bullshit in my life Sar, and I've heard you on roger wilco.

btw , in one episode a while ago, Giles showed a very.. "nasty" side - glimpses of some past where he was a "double hard nasty bastard" (it was a double episode i seem to remember) what happened with that? cause hes gone back to being a wuss now.

You mean when he was Ripper? It was called The Dark Age iirc, it's character background.

He's getting his own series soon, written by Joss, to be shown on the BBC - called "Ripper"

On an unrelated note - the first two episodes of the new season fo Buffy were shot in my home town of Westbury. How fucked off am I that I wasn't home/around to see the shoot. :(

Hopefully Eliza Dushku (Faith) will be back in S7, more slutty and dirtier than ever. I dunno about anyone else but Season 3 seemed to have a very subliminal lesbian aura about it.

I'm pretty sure Faith is bisexual. She was last night anyway.

Yes.

They also filmed in Bath, which is about 7 miles from me (and is actually where Anthony Stewart Head lives). I missed that shoot as well.

But the fact they filmed in Westbury, completely unbeknowst to me and everyone else on the 'Net it seems, kinda rubs salt into the wound. :( :( :(

On everyone's recommendation I'm now watching Season 7 Episode 1.

Something tells me I've missed huge chunks of plot. :/

Nice to see Aly is now credited with "and Alyson Hannigan as Willow"

I love her.

I always figured there was some kind of sexual chemistry between her and buffy......
