Where the fuck do ppl get these FTP addresses from?

I feel all left out :)

Mind you I am getting 1 ep at 34k, and the other at 30k, so I can't really get much faster :D

Pipex and IRC are not friends. Its really erratic at the moment and I'd never get to the front of a queue. Kazaa is my little helper.

Anyway, glad I could help the Buffy fans out by telling you to go a-leaching. Poo-poo to the non-fans.

Well, thats because you are more aware of current events and don't live in a daydream world like I do :) But it seems like I'm not the only one in a daze.

Btw Summo, Willow looks a bit... ropey... in these episodes. All, "Argh, the power, the humanity". You may want to not get too excited :)

Edit: Cheers Nath, but I've managed to get them from Kazaa. Constantly clicking the "Find More Sources" button a bit nuerotically helped.

Poo-poo indeed Dams.

Buffy (and Angel and Firefly the other Joss Whedon series) makes for some of the most riveting, well written, expertly acted, comedic, dramatic and heart-wrenching television currently available.

The people who denigrate it are invariably the people that haven't the means to justify their criticism - IE they've not watched much, if anything of the series.

While I didn't enjoy the domesticity of Season 6 as much as previous seasons, I still love the series and watch it without fail.

The series features some of the best "young" acting talent on TV right now: Alyson Hannigan, Nicholas Brendon being two in particular who can portray their characters truthfully.

Firefly? Damn you Sar! What is this mystery you talk of? And how much hard drive space am I about to lose in its pursuit?

It's Joss' next project, set on some spaceship. Think andromeda meets farscape.

Except it probably won't be shit.

I saw the first two episode over a month ago, about 6-7 weeks now.

Really shitty quality encoding mind, but it was obvious that the series has promise.

It aired in the states I think on the 20th of Sep.

I'd rather not :)

hmm I have to say I thought the last series of Angel really kicked, slightly more than buffy which got slightly too deep in patches :)

Looking forward to the new series, I won't download them coz I'll prolly get twak'd by my m8's coz I'll open me gob and ruin it!

On the note of teeny-bopper series, did anyone see the last ep of roswell? Damn this series was shite, it's a shame a program that had so much promise had to go and finish on such a shit note... it seemed so rushed suddenly liz develops precognition, oh look we're gonna get killed next week, ok well we'd better all leave town, Liz/Max get spontaneously married.. the end... for anyone who missed it.. That series with the skins kicked.

ahh well.. everything's finishing, this is gonna be the last series of buffy... just had the last ep of the X-files... last ep of Rosswell, it's the final series of SG1, gah we need some more quality Television!

I really watch too much TV, use the computer too much... no wonder I get so little sex. :(

Just watched ep 2 of Buffy S7.

I actually fucking cried.

Spike... :'(

Probably my favourite 5 mins of Buffy ever.

PS: That's only the 2nd time I've ever cried at anything on TV. Ever.

James Marsters fucking rules.

Anyone that tries to tell me that anything else on TV can beat that can go fuck themselves.

Hehe, I liked Starman, didn't involve me that much emotionally though.

There's something wrong with both of you. Sar cries at Buffy, TdC cries at The Dude.

Sort it out, lads and report back here tomorrow.

Amen to that.

I didn't actually cry, but I was pretty choked. But choked in a manly way y'understand. I think it helps to have watched the other seasons before as it puts things into perspective - if you just watched the end scene in S702 out of context it wouldn't really carry the same weight. When you remember that Spike and Buffy have been nemeses since Season 2, it kinda puts it into perspective.

James Marsters was amazing in the last scene of the latest episode, and the way that Buffys face changed as soon as he mentioned that "Angel should've warned him" as she realised the "spark" he was referring to was his soul.. absolutely brilliant. SMG has a knack for doing bits like that really well - the way she said "your soul", "why" etc was bang on.

I was really hoping that Buffy would find out about Spike's soul sooner rather than later as it paves the way for some interesting decisions/plotlines. I think I would've got wound up too much if it took 7 or more episodes for them to find out.

I could ramble on for hours about Buffy, its pretty much my favourite show :)
