No that's the download speed on my mobile, the actual connection speed is 76 / 20.

Back to normal it seems (off peak at least).

Moral of the thread: if your speed dies, worth getting Openreach to reset your line.

We've been here 3 years with BT Infinity with NO bother. Last 2 weeks it's been disappearing daily. Oh there's a fault on the line! But WHY? It's so bloody inconvenient and annoying!

This is what I get

Yet a friend who lives literally about... 100 yards away? same ISP gets 66mb/s down / 14 mb/s up... feelsbad :<

That said its mega stable, in the few years I've been with BT It's rarely had an issue and when it has had issue it's been fixed literally within 4 hours of the problem being reported.
