if people have a problem with Brutality they wont do anything with them..
If they havent then they will do things with them..
if brutality do something coc breaking then they get banned..
if they dont they are here to stay and you may as well either just /ignore them or get on with it as this achieves nothing.
If they want to play like a bunch of idiots (not saying they are, i got little opinion on them. Only thing i done with them is heal one their cabalists when he was on 5% running to a tower and got no thanks )

yes i am in brut and i like it..we are here to stay, i have NEVER broken CoC...and never will....i havent been a dick to any1 on pryd as of yet...or excal which i have played on for ages now also.

this is totally true...hib/excal seems to went down this path and look at it...no relics and peeps QQ if u add on an rvr fight even if they on 5% and other guy on 90%...

A mob is not claimed until it is pulled or the encounter started. However it is possible that one group can be doing the encounter and another group unintentionally pulls another aspect of the same encounter... This is what the Code of Conduct covers

It comes down to common sense and treating people with respect. If someone is camping an arti mob then ask them if their group is on its way. Wait a reasonable amount of time and if they don't get their bums in gear and get a viable group together then offer them BG credit.. this isn't covered by the CoC but it is covered by being a decent human being.

We won't get involved with mediating disputes about who was camping what where unless the actual mob was stolen after the encounter was started.

I really don't think the Zahur shit was worth the thread. Giving an entire guild a bad name over one event (as shitty as Zahur), posted by someone rich enough to buy 10 of the fucking rings, or whatever he was after, is just plain silly. If someone sat in front of the GoV camp for days, actively, it would be a different thing. Zahur on the other hand takes little effort and pops frequently.
On the other hand, Brutality seem to show little respect (if any) to any of the players/posters here, which is just as bad, if not worse, as it's not exactly hard to show some, at least.
Anyway, give them a break. Cut the crap and get off the band-train, and you might actually find them to be decent people, eventually. Besides, who actually cares about Tosen having to wait for Zahur to repop? Honestly?
