There was something bothering me in the last episode, something that was off/illogical/whatnot, but i forgot what it was

Otherwise the show is looking like it's becoming to a nice end.

I thought Walt was walking off in disgust when the boy's hand flopped out, but he was just getting another barrel. Ages ago, Mike told Walt that he should get a barrel for himself if he didn't want to play along. There seems to be a barrel waiting for everybody.

I also think it just made good telly to do the bike first, leaving a modicum of doubt that perhaps they had disposed of the boy's body in the desert somewhere. But no, there he was.

It was a fantastic start to the episode though.

Todd keeping that Tarantula is bad mmkay. Drew's fingerprints all over that jar are the only thing (I think, assuming they disposed of the dissolved bike and body (ugh) properly) that could link him to the boy. I reckons that will come back to bite him (hopefully) or them.

Some pretty horrific prison murders with some inappropriately jolly music playing over the top.

Walt cooking like a motherfucker and making a shit-ton of money.

Those awesome time-lapse "time has passed" scene transitions that I don't remember another show doing better.

The write up is spot on though, his character is the beating heart of the story.

Oh man I watched about 30 minutes of the episode before getting to work. It was a faster train than normal so I thought "i'll watch the end at my desk" then about 50 million things went wrong and I started my shift early

Watched the rest of 7 at lunch. Was awesome!

Jesse won an Emmy for best supporting actor, sadly Walter didn't win best actor but Damien Lewis won it for Homeland so fair play really.
