it lasts 30 seconds and is fantastic for fighting mercs when they DT.

Malice charge lasts for 20s, would hardly call it useless then

its not useless....but its not an iwin button like several others have

Hero rr5 is fine in some situations, use it vs warguard/battler users, pre-empt it for post re-application of stuns after immunity and when no purge mebbe, ie when opponent uses end pot. Make em whiff, ooe, then you reapply stun with no opponent purge available, shift r-click and cancel it if still up, slam etc. Dirty tricks, post fz to claw back some hps with gems etc. Cancel it if enemies kite or you need dps. Needs good timing really, and prolly a few lessons learnt, especially knowing when opponent ooe and stun immunity back. Pretty good vs armsman/shield hybrids for example if you know re-application of stun is pivotal to outcome.
