Hey hey hey, if they brought back the damn bus that came back from there we would go more! When I'm here we just drink in Sutton at night (Croydon is generally a DAY meetup/1-2 drinks place). CBA with Taxis (on my own), and going to Mitcham to get back at 2-3am is just not something I want to do.

They knocked down the 'band stand' here, now all the emo people have vanished. I think they migrated to the local park again.

EDIT: I keep getting invited to Black Sheep on Thursdays, because "It's the best place in Croydon and I'd like it"... Yeah, because I didn't go every week when I was 18 :s

Pfft, that was a running gang battle of fisticuffs, and that was during the day time. The shopping centre has always been a problem with so many colleges and schools converging on it. I've seen worse when I worked in Croydon, and it's no different to most other shopping centres across London.

pfft. none of kensington is that shit, westfield is positively charming and the various other places I tend to be (ealing bdway) are all very calm. There are shit bits of london and not shit bits.

westfields obviously is posh mate, you get kids out of control everywhere, it's not a daily occurance, and Croydon is nowhere near as bad as some people and the press try and make out.

I was referring to them as seperate places. Kensingin High st is a shopping area. I used to live 5 mins from westfield, im pretty sure I know here it is
