Boiled Cheese

I was wondering if anyone has ever done it, and if so, whats it taste like.

Please give other ideas for cheese

When making cheese on toast grate it instead of cutting slices and layering them. It cooks quicker and you don't get those horrible half-cold 'pockets' where the cheese overlaps

Incidentally isn't boiled cheese just Fondoo? (or however the hell you spell it)

Fondue is melted cheese.

'Boiling' it could imply immersing it in boiling water to cook it... and I don't think it would turn out very well! uke:
