Blueyonder/Telewest and BT Customers, I need you help

As a bit of college research I require a bill from Telewest/Blueyonder and BT, I need the for document comparisons for a unit im doing on my course.

I would appreciate it if someone could scan a bill from either company and send them to me, blurring out your private information if required, I just need to see how they are set out so I can compare them.
