The fact that she went off with another bloke after you "got to know her really well" means she a) doesn't like you as much as the other bloke or b) weren't as good a shag as she hoped.

If the suicide attempts are real, leave her to it. The last thing you want is a girl who's activley insane (as apposed to the normal ones which end up being mental anyway)

If she does want you, use her as a casual shag until you find someone else. (this does involve going out and not thinking about her when you're pulling other girls) Just don't get "too involved" and "loved up" because it'll be your downfall.

Find someone relatively normal who actually likes you as much as you like her, because this suicide fool sounds like she doesn't like you even a half as much as you think about it.

Ultimately. Move On, you'll get over it. Or become a stalker.
