Little Nicky was unfortunately just an Adam Sandler film by numbers. Happy Gilmore, Big Daddy, Mr Deeds and Billy Madison all = teh win.

jup, lotr 1 and 2 (which just came back from seeing) are both rediculously over hyped. I actually enjoyed both films, but that's all. £5 well spent on a few hours of entertainment, people seem to think it's so much more than that..

tbh, I don't think there has been a single film in the cinema recently that has been really rather good. Most of them are ok, something to pass the time.. nothing more.

Donnie Darko was the first film in ages to actually not fee like typical hollywood smulch, it kinda dared to be different. Quite liked that one.

You'll find most indie films are the same.
