Lets face it, he was round a girls house and she chose to watch Big Brother all day instead of "entertaining" him.

Haven't watched any of this years one.

Unfortunately, since I've watched it in the past it limits my ability to be sanctimonious about it.. but I do actually think that on reflection, all it really is for the most part is watching other people living their lives. And that, to me, is pretty depressing if you find yourself addicted to it.

It's not even voyeuristic since nothing ever happens.. if it was like the Euro/Africa ones are reported to be, where everyone is bonking every 5 minutes, then maybe it'd be watchable.. purely from a "real life Eurotrash" perspective.

They need to be given an endless ammount of beer, and possibly some hard drugs. Sod crappy tasks, give them twister some other potentially dodgy party games.

That would liven things up a bit. There is only so much "How do you feel about getting voted off?" you can take... arg!

Although i enjoy BB overall, i am finding the blatant exploitation of the housemates and the general public is growing more annoying with time.
Theres numerous votes and opportunities to express your opinion about specific elements of the "game" everyday, all at a mere 35p+ a time.
In essence the housemates are physically and mentally yanked in all directions to encourage the public to give more and more money to endemol.
Personally, I think we should lock the multi-millionaire owner of endemol in the house on his bloody own. I'm all for success but this is beyond success and into exploitation in a very ugly way.
The viewing figures have halved this time around, and its a combination of endemols blatant greed and the fact that theres no shagging in the house. Last game had a blow job by all accounts, but the laws in the uk didnt permit its airing. So whats the bloody point in hoping for sex if it cant be shown if it happens?
