No, I didnt need poison to kill tanks, killed a pally in 3 hits for example, using snare only cause I didnt want him to get away, not cause I needed it to kill.

I mean, when I can do Garrote on a pally for 200+ damage, and he hit me back for 40, what do I need poison for really?

i said to get the edge not to be able to win and a pally isnt a tank it's a group friendly PvE mosty char only rvr thing is it can take some dmg give a bit of dmg and rezz and has end regen chant for "groups"

Here you state that your garrote damage is 200+ on a high defence tank, and that he strikes you back for 40...these factors are not affected by the skill of the player, save for their ability to lay their hands on the best kit.
Yet you mock people for using poison to bring their damage in to line with yours and even then they lack your amazing defensive capabilities.
.... then when you kill them you will still say "man I'm great, did you see me own that bitch?" despite that a player of far superior skill may lose simply because he just doesn't have the stats.

a skillful pally would simpy have engaged you and waited till he was on full health, then from a start with both people on full health and you on low endurance even the piss poor dmg of a pally would have wiped the floor with you
