Looks like 75 dex in template which is ok if its a melee template. At low Champion Level that number of hits is fine and with no spec AF buff whats wrong with that af.

... cos dex= bow speed- bow damage- evade rate - 50% of spear damage
im 50 bow 42 spear so i need the dex, cant really help not being a kobie at this point in time and as im going 101 dex in temp may aswell go spear for stun, got 1586 WS which isnt to bad for a stealther specialy at rr3
