people generally tell you to get married have kids work 40 hours a week get a big phat mortgage and generally suffer for the rest of it apparently thats a life ?????

me im in no rush to get married i dont want kids i dont particularly enjoy working but hey thats life gotta go with the flow and if i didnt have money id have no life im never gettin a mortgage i dont want to spend 25-30 years of my life worrying about if im gonna have enough money to pay that months mortgage all in all im a pretty chilled out guy

If you really had a choice then you wouldn't smoke. The sad thing is is you don't have that choice, believe it or not but you're smoking against your own will. Don't believe me? Quit then, shouldn't be hard if it's your choice to smoke.

I'm not talking about addiction here, that's easy to get rid of, it's the little beast in your head telling you that you need a cigarette that's the hard thing to get rid of.

Some questions to think on:
- If you could go back to the time when you first started smoking, would you?
- Would you give someone £100 000 and let them give you cigarettes whenever you needed them (until the money ran out or you died)?
- "Not everyone dies because of smoking!" Right, do you still look both ways when crossing a road though? Why?

More questions: goggle Allen Carr and go read his book. Stopped the day I finished it and have never looked back. Don't be put off by the title, it really is quite easy looking back on it.

If we gave up everything that is harmful to us or potenially harmful then we'd all lead pretty damn dull lives. about smoking, i do smoke but im not addicted. believe it or not. but i dont NEED to smoke, sometimes i like to have 1, sometimes 5. i havent had 1 for a week. i have been smokin for a year or so too. i cant see other smokers problem saying its hard not to. its not hard, you just dont do it. and if you get the feeling in your head, ignore it. i had it once before but i ignored it and forgot about it.
