high rr dont mean skill per se, but if someone has accually made such amounts of rps, one can rest asure he know his class and know what he is doin.

u want to know what i would call skill? this depends first of all of the char u play. but in general not getting mezzed when inc, spread as fast as possible ( i really dont know ppl that are able to destick, dont ask me why they dont do it .. ), knowing what to do and having a general knowledge of other chars and to know their advantages/disadvantages. furthermore to adapt to each enemy, not playing the same style in every fight ... cba to go on, but for sure u cannot say someone is skilled because he he won a duel or is rr10 ..

one of the best situations that prove my points was the fight 5fear vs 2healer and 1 svg and u rr5+moc3´ed the svg instead of ccing the healers and rooting the svg .. in the end u lost coz u had no clue what to do and just pressed ur lifeleech. u had no overview, didnt cc´ed the pet on ur cleric as well and simply underestimated the situation. having such things under control is connected with skill imo.
