been playing rift mainly am hanging on hopeing there going to do something with the pvp

Rift? Its crap man, i tried it. Had some fun killing people in the warfronts, and few rifters but there is no pvp endgame, devs even declared it a pve game :/

how long do u run grps for the no point in paying for my account to run for 2-3hrs when i play for about 8-9hrs a day

i will just get board fast and leave agen if there isnt any thing to kill when there is no grps

yep, the only reason I quit rift was due to the (or lack of rather) pvp zone because the battlegrounds get repetative almost instantly and pvping in pve zones is zzz.
