no recent tests done, but I'm sure I saw some pre-TOA tests confirming a slight decrease in AF and heavy pentalties parry&evaderate.

hmm teddy mode of a zerker doesn't have evade+parry. and other tanks are able to hit camp damage when i am playing teddy... luckly i can use rr5 (don't know if that ability is even working ) and use charge3 to get out of the assist train if it gets to hot and not snared.

Just to inform you that the scout thrust 'wepond' is also str/dex. Learn about classes before you whine
