But there is cap on dex mod for casting speed (that's 60%). 384 is cap for dex + 10% toa bonus so you can conculate cap for any spell NOOB

If you got 10% toa cast speed then dex cap is 386 .

Spell speed from herald: 2.8 sec
Cast Time 1.1200 sec (cap)

Cast Time 1.0400 (cap)

Aug dex doesnt give anything if your mod is already caped ( k[dex mod]=60% including dex mod and toa bonus mod ! )But there is gimped system ... 1 dex mod > 1 toa bonus mod . 386 dex gives k=55,7% and then 10% toa bonus gives k=4,3%.At overall k=60%
