After doing the Champion Quests are you supposed to be around CL2-3? I have done 2 champion quests and am about to do CO5, but I'm not even CL1...how come I'm getting CL xp so slowly?

talk to the king, and you will ding. After you have done CO5 you should be cl 3 or 4.
