Edit: Oh and btw Lloyds are the crappiest bank on the high street - the slowest on fast payments etc. etc. - dump em!

Going to ASAP, they suck majorly they have transferred me to numbers in their banking service that no longer exist before and even managed to send me someone else's bank statement but with my name and address on the front!
