Auto train and /level

Are they compatable? As I understand it, classes that can auto train level up in the skill every 4 levels from 8 onwards. So if you /level a character to 20 - do you catch up on the missed points, or just get a single skill increase when you ding 24?

Also - do you still keep the autotrained points if you respec?

mid tanks dont even have to double specc (can use same styles whit 2h and 1h)
