In the books set post RTJ, there's lots of trouble with remnants of the empire.

I'm looking forward to Episode 3, especially anakins fight with kenobi Gonna wait a week or so to see ep2, as like nath, I don't want to be disturbed by loads of mouthy kids.

Well I came out feeling a bit underwelmed by it all. Talk about more of the same.

I see Lucas's director skills haven't improved . Too much cutting between story lines gets tedious after a bit.

The Romantic interludes were boring and Natalie Portmans hairdo changing every scene was a bit of a sad joke.

As for the effects well how many poor cgi effects did you spot?

I saw so many it hurt. There were quite a few good ones though but as Yoda might say sometimes more is less and at times there was just too much going on to really let you follow the action.


Best bits for me were Boba's Dad and Obi Wan story line.

Yoda kicked ass at the end and was possibly the best cgi of the movie.

Not a film I want to see again in a hurry but I expect my kids will drag me back a second time.


Hopefully the third film will be even darker... I expect Natalie Portman will kick the bucket (possibly as a result of Obi Wan (speculation) ) and the resulting duel force Anakin over the edge to the Dark side??? I only hope her hair doesnt suffer as a result.

I liked it.

It shows how Senator Palpatine/Darth Sideous really is a cunning bastard.

He has got half the Jedi wiped out and got himself nice new powers in the Senate as well as a shiny new Clone army.


The bit where Anakin wipes out the Sand people proves that he is really gonna turn into a bad apple.


Lots of political intrigue in the film but lacked a classic space battle.

Very good though. May watch it again.

I will hopefully be seeing this film. I have no objection to people's views on a movie, but when people end up dropping certain parts of the plot in their posts I feel ... annoyed.

I just got back from seeing it, really enjoyed it i must say, i thoguht the big battle at the end was excellent also yoda's fight scene was cool aswell hayden christiansen was pretty disappointing imo, but jsut have to live with it tho, hmm job well done i think
