Doctors and the courts would have the final say, I don't get how people could get anything by abusing it? Afaik, in other countries where it is legal, its already supervised, I cant see why it shouldnt be here.

It sets a precedence that's why it is bad
The doctors don't have the final say, the court's do at the moment
Now the concept of a assisted death is fine by me, but the current implementation of it is not as i said in the initial post

If you odn't have a "assited suicide ok" card on you, or in your record, you can't be offed if you're in such a state that you can't condone it.
