these artifacts looks a little gimped.... lvl 10 ability is 25 value debuff to str/con/dex/qui...?
wow how uber, doesnt feel like i can be arsed to farm for this crap :)

Why is there a reuse time on a weapon ?
I dont suppose you can fire it only one time in 15 mins ? Because i see no bound spell there...

Slaying enemys from another realm who have no magical abilitys...

So what? Thats Warriors, Heros, Armsmen... Zerks, possibly savages (is savagary magic?)... think thats it actually. Its probably not the case, and i'm taking it too literally. But i'd laugh if that were true :D


Incidentally, yeah - whats up with the weapon/item recast timers? I'd understand if there were a proc on it, but in most cases there arn't. Could this apply to the bonuses you get? (e.g. the +5% pow pool on that necklace?)

infils/scouts/hunters?(perhaps ~~)/shadowblades

Depends what they class as magic though. just having a power bar, or being able to nuke ;o

It probably does just apply to non-casters, then again. This is Mythic, the same people who brought you such goodies as the inflatable dartboard, the solar powered torch, and Marvin - the water breathing bird monkey.

I imagine the re-use timer is put on all artefacts just in case they develop an ability that can be 'used' at a certain xp lvl.

I think they are a pretty clever addition to keep ppl interested and playing more to get items lvled. :)

Just a thought here, but... Obviously the higher the level the item/weapon/armour the slower it xp's?? Right? Just like the leveling process from 1 - 50.

Now the big problem i can forsee here is Durabilty. So i'd imagine the lower levels fly by, but as you reach mid way or higher its gunna slow at some point surely? So with a Sword for instance, your gunna have to kill shed loads of mobs x y z for it to progress.

So in the leveling progress ur "uber" MP item/weapon/armour is getting feked. So isnt this gunna leave a lot lower durabilty when you finally cap the items level for RvR purposes..... ?


Unless ofc you get another char and PL ur item to lvl10 w/o wasting any Durabilty.


So on that note \0/ for PLing..... Bit lame imo

How will you get another char to PL the item when it cant be traded?

i'd assume by being grouped with the person that has the artifact. Atleast i hope its like that otherwise it'l be a bitch to lvl artifacts for support classes.

Heh, guess you'll have to hope for a nice way to xp the weapon, must suck to have one that only earns xp by killing stealthers from an enemy realm :D

The artifacts do look like they'll add some extra fun to rvr. They're kinda like little pokemons.
